Little Princess Trust Charity Bake Sale
Added: 21 November 2019
Natalia Nobes (Daughter of Managing Director, Michael Nobes) is arranging a charity bake sale to support the Little Princess Trust Charity which she holds very close to her heart. On 29th October, Natalia cut her hair and donated it to this charity. Her hair, along with many others who have donated, will go towards making wigs for children and young people with hair loss, as well as funding important research into childhood cancer. The Little Princess Trust foundation began in 2006. Since then, they’ve been able to provide over 8,000 wigs and have given over £5 million pounds to research.
This is Natalia’s story…
“On 29th October I decided to cut between 14-15 inches (35-38cm) of hair for the Little Princess Charity. This has been something I have wanted to do my whole life as I feel it is so important to give children who are suffering with hair loss due to cancer, the opportunity to have a hair wig as close to their original hair style as possible.”
In order to raise money for this wonderful cause, Natalia is going to host a bake sale at our Portsmouth showroom in Farlington on the 28th and 29th November. It would mean so much if you could come along with a few pennies and help to contribute to this incredible charity. Natalia will also be at Hedge End Retail Park on Friday 22nd and Friday 29th November with a donations bucket, and goodies available! Natalia said, “A donation of any amount will be hugely appreciated as every donation is one step closer to fulfilling a child's dream of having a real hair wig that will not only uplift their spirits but also help to restore their confidence and sense of identity.”
If you’re not able to attend the cake sale, you can still donate by visiting https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/natalia-nobes. We hope that you can spare any money you can, even a small donation can go a long way.
