The Position:

We are currently looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused?Service Advisor?to join our busy Aftersales team in?Portsmouth! As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience from vehicle drop-off through to collection. Working closely with our workshop team, you'll keep customers updated throughout the day while ensuring repairs and servicing are completed efficiently.

No two days are the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where customer service is at the heart of everything they do.?No previous automotive aftersales experience is required, as?full training?and support will be provided to the successful candidate! As our Service Advisor, you'll be:

  • Working closely with colleagues to ensure an efficient and professional Aftersales operation.

  • Explaining repairs, servicing requirements and associated costs clearly and professionally.

  • Maintaining accurate customer records and updating the dealer management system.

  • Liaising with the workshop to monitor progress and keep customers informed.

  • Providing excellent customer service throughout the vehicle journey.

  • Welcoming customers and managing service and repair bookings.

  • Managing the handover and administration of courtesy vehicles.

Essential Experience, Skills & Behaviours:

  • Previous exposure of working within a Customer Service role with a passion for delivering an excellent experience to every customer.

  • Positive, professional, and able to work well as part of a team.

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy workload.

  • An excellent written and verbal communicator.

  • IT literate with the ability to learn new systems.
