The third-generation MG3 is the first pure hybrid from MG - bridging the gap for those that aren't quite ready to give up a petrol or diesel engine. The MG is larger than its predecessor, providing more space for driver and passengers alike. Not only is the new MG3 practical with its larger boot space and improved efficiency, but it is also available in three different trims: Standard, Comfort and Luxury.

The MG3 models come with built-in Sat Nav & the connectivity expected of a modern hot hatch. Those upgrading from the previous model of MG3 will notice the new 7" monitor that replaces the instrument cluster, whilst the centre console integrates both a 10.25" infotainment system as well as tactile push-switches; the perfect blend of futuristic innovation and tried-and-tested safety and practicality.

The model features rear parking sensors & Bluetooth, as well as four USB ports to keep your devices charged. On the Luxury trim, you'll find other convenience features such as keyless entry and heated front seats; all without breaking the bank.

Under the Hood

Ever the adopter of new technologies, the MG3 joins the hybrid vehicle ranks in 2024. With a new 100kW electric motor supported by a 1.5L petrol engine, the brand-new MG3 with Hybrid+ powertrain shares the workload efficiently, reaching a top speed of 105MPH. The MG3 Hybrid+ peak power is reined in to 143kW, but you'll still reach 0-60 in 8.0s, and enjoy a fuel economy of 53.5 MPG.

With performance rivalling other top contenders in the B-segment, the MG3 is also comfortable thanks to the engineering behind its 3-speed transmission and shock-absorbing suspension.
